Can guests book by themselves?
Yes: Tablezio offers a hosted booking page and a widget you can embed on your website.
Does it prevent double bookings of the same table?
Availability is calculated against opening hours and capacity, and the system prevents booking the same table twice in the same slot.
Can I ask for a deposit to book?
Yes. You can set a deposit that the guest pays by card when booking from the widget or the booking page (per person or per booking), through your Stripe account. There is also a module to record by hand deposits collected another way.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, the waitlist is a separate module linked to reservations.
