What problem it solves
A reservation taken by phone or message has to be written down, checked by hand against the diary and typed into the book again. The Tablezio reservation widget is a form you embed in your own website: the guest picks a day, a party size and one of the available times, and the booking goes straight into your dashboard, with no booking portal in between.
The times a guest sees come from your opening hours and, if you have set up tables, from their capacity and the bookings you already hold. Each request arrives as pending so you can confirm it and, if the guest leaves an email, they receive updates about their booking. For large parties you can turn on a deposit the guest pays online when booking, through your Stripe account.
How it works
Set your opening hours, closing days and, if you use them, your tables with their capacity.
In the widget settings, turn online reservations on and adjust colours, typography and borders to match your site.
Copy the code snippet the dashboard gives you and paste it into the page of your site where you want the form.
Link that page from your Instagram profile, your messages and your Google Business profile.
Confirm each booking from the dashboard; the guest gets their updates by email.

Frequently asked questions
Does the widget charge a commission per booking?
No. It is included in the plans with reservations, with no commission per booking or per diner. Only if you turn on the online deposit does the card payment carry the payment fee described on the pricing page.
Does it show up in "Reserve with Google"?
No: Tablezio has no "Reserve with Google" integration today. The widget lives on your site; you can add its link to your Google Business profile as an ordinary link.
Can I match it to my website?
Yes. Colours, typography and borders are adjusted in the widget settings.
What if my site will not let me embed code?
Every restaurant also gets a booking page hosted by Tablezio (tablezio.com/r/your-restaurant/reservar) with the same form, which you can link from anywhere.
