By creating an account or using Tablezio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Tablezio provides restaurant management software including reservations, order management, inventory tracking, staff scheduling, and analytics. We may update features at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
5. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tablezio is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
