When a guest pays from their phone, the money goes straight to the restaurant via Stripe. Our commission is the Stripe fee + 0.5% of the amount excluding tip, with no hidden surcharge or monthly minimum. Refunds reverse the commission automatically.

Questions before you pay
How long does it take to set up Tablezio?
You can get started the same day. The onboarding assistant guides you through importing your menu, setting up floor plans and creating staff accounts. If you get stuck, write to us and we will help.
Can I use Tablezio with my existing POS system?
Today Tablezio does not connect to other POS systems. What is available: Stripe for subscriptions and pay-at-table with split bills, a public REST API with webhooks, the booking widget for your website and sign-in with Google and Apple. You can use the API to build your own integrations; other connections are listed as “Coming soon” on the integrations page.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts or setup fee: all plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. You can try Pro free for 14 days with no card, and the free plan (your digital menu) does not ask for one either.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
Each plan includes a number of locations, shown in the pricing table; each extra location costs €20 per month. All of them are managed from a single dashboard.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and each restaurant’s data is isolated from every other restaurant. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so Tablezio does not store your card details.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Tablezio runs in the browser of a tablet, phone or computer, with no proprietary hardware or mandatory terminal: you can use the devices you already have. The kitchen display also runs in the browser and, if you prefer paper, you can set up kitchen ticket printing. With pay-at-table, guests pay from their own phone.
Is my data mine? Can I export it?
Yes, your restaurant’s data is yours. You can export customers, menu, orders, reservations, inventory, staff and payments as CSV or JSON from the dashboard, on any plan, and you can also delete your account. Each restaurant’s data is isolated from every other’s.
Does the POS work without internet?
Partly. The POS (Pro plan) saves orders on the device and resends them when the connection returns, without duplicates, and lets you close cash bills offline. Card payments, split payments and invoices do need a connection.
